How can I get an investor for a food serving place?Good skil and perfect location just need help financially?

(Not a fast food place) I have this idea for the past 2yrs I try to do it on my own but I don't have the sources and I've tried.I do have the skills,the experience,the attitude the buss.plan, I ask about the zoning the rent,licencing and everything else there is to manage the place,no way it would'nt work.There's more bussines around this area than what we need,a church,a school,like five daycares,communities old bussines that have been there for the past 15yrs, a park and ride and this is in a medium size strip mall etc.. if any one please knows someone that is willing to invest in something like that please contact me at ynnele5@yahoo.com. thank you

I have to research on this, but in USA there is a group of investors known as ANGELS, they always help to start up a business, but the interest they charge are very high.

talk to you,r bank about venture capital there are other places that do this and if you,r banks not interested they can advise you
