This would have to be a multi-millionaire with possibly specific industry knowledge or contacts in web and marketing depending on your buisness idea, your first step should be to create a buisness plan. Then take the pland and start with your local bank. They will guide you based on your plan. Going to Venture Capitalists in your local area is also another option.
