I am a first time investor. I would like to invest in the Visa IPO. How can I purchase shares when available?

As I have never invested in stocks, I would like to know how to purchase shares of the Visa IPO when they become available. I appreciate your help. Joe

Find out which broker is managing the IPO and approach them.
It may be that all of the shares are subscribed to institutional investors.
