James smith the real estate investor??

has anybody use to program that james smith offers, i went to the los angeles annex learning center it was great, i just wish i had the money to buy the products they offered. please let me know if james smith program works or not. thank you for your time.

Never heard of James Smith, but I'll bet a paycheck his ideas are as worthless as Carleton Sheets'. Most of those real estate seminars are simply to encourage you to buy their books & tapes & "systems" but the ideas don't work and are actually illegal in many states. I havnt listened to a lot of James but I do listen to a radio show that you can listen to on the web. It is call The Dave and J Show and you can listen on iTunes or on www.daveandj.com. These guys are fun to listen to and they have tons of great info! I would recoment going and listening to them. Oh and it is free so that is always good. Take care and good luck!

I heard James Smith, Donald JR, Robert Bluhm, Mark Walter, Bob Kittell. on April 4, 2007 I liked all the speakers. But I did not buy there stuff. If you know any one how as bought there stuff let me know. James Smith was a very good speaker and I would like to buy his stuff. But on the internet there was one negative that said rip off.. But that was just one.
