Where can I find an investor for a local golf course? |
A 27 hole championship golf course closed in central wisconsin two years ago to build an aquaplex on top of it. The aquaplex fell through but the golf course remained closed. At the time of closing, they had the largest womens league in the state and a very busy public course. This course needs to be reopened! You need to do a lot of work for this type of deal. Did they change the zoning? Who owns it? What's it currently zoned for? What liens are against it? There's a ton of questions but if there's a viable opportunity it might be something to look at down the road with everything the way it is now new development isn't something investors are running to. |
