Should i be a land investor, or a cardiologist????

Should i be a land investor, or a cardiologist????

An employed cardiologist can easily invest in land as a profitable sideline. A land investor, no matter how successful, cannot easily take up cardiology as a hobby.

How about an entertainment lawyer or a soap opera star?

I've got to think there is a lot more security in cardiology!

But, do what you love!

Both.

Neither. You are better off being a bus boy at fast food place.
