Need help finding an investor or business partner.?

I own a niche market delivery company and it leaves little time to actually run the business. I need some financial backing before I lose everything. I have little to no sales and have had remarkable success from word of mouth, but it isn't enough to take over the whole city or even the state.
I don't know who to trust and government grants have to many strings attached.
Can someone please point me in the right direction. I am willing to enter into HIGH interest loans as well as complete partnership.
I have major contracts i can acquire but without money I can' t guarantee my services.
(By niche market, I mean NO ONE offers the level of service my company has. I have 1 official competitor and they do not offer the services we do)

I have read the other post and you don't need to run all over the net, you need one place to start.

There is one more resource I will include if you don't have time to write your own business plan you can find a competent freelance writer, at a reasonable price.

No lender or investor will talk to you unless you provide them with a valid business plan. Go to http://www.sba.gov , http://www.score.org or http://www.bplan.com for sample business plans and instructions on how to write a business plan.

Then, go to http://www.score.org/ and in the upper left hand corner, enter your zip code. On the next screen, you will get information on the nearest SCORE chapter. Call them and arrange for a free meeting with a SCORE counselor to review your business plan and discuss various loan options available to you.
