What document get a investor from a MF company,after giving the check for invetsting some monye in MF,?

i have just gott the slip of my form with its xerox copy with check no,it has gone 40 days but still just i have the slip of that , what most valluable thing i have to ask for , plz info me

please try to clarify your question. It is very broken up & I had to read it several times before I could get somewhat of an understanding of what you are asking.

I THINK you are saying you opened an account with a mutual fund company with a check & you recieved a receipt & nothing else. If that is what you are saying, then you should have received an account number & you should be getting statements monthly or quarterly. They probably should have also given you some info on the company & some of your fund selections. But the main thing is you have your receipt. that shows that you made a deposit into the account. Call them & let them know you have concerns.
