Are there any private investor's that are willing to take a risk? |
Our family would like to buy a house but you can't really get anywhere when you have not so good credit. Plus living in CA your almost doomed, anyone know somebody who is rich looking for a tax write off lol. I am able to make up to a 900-1000 dollar payments but seems as though banks are so nice. You almost have to sell your blood to be able to make the whole house, 2.5 kids happen....I just would like my kids to have a yard to play and a place to call home where we own. i'm sure there are plenty of investors willing to take a risk but i'm not one of them. besides what is the pay off if they do? |
