I am a novice investor and am looking to buy or lease a hotel, resturant and bar in blackpool, any advice. thanx

Hi everyone, Was wondering if theres anyone outthere that has done anything like this before, if so could you give advice on were to start as have searched through all sites, agencies and publications that i know of but still cant find what im loking for. I am a complete novice at this but do have business support including accounting and management help once property has been found. I am looking for a 20 to 30 bedroom hotel with resturant and bar to open to the public in Blackpool, budget between 100 and 185 thousand, free or leasehold. Realy just need the best web sites or agencies to find such a property.Would apreciate any help you can give. Thank you.

LOL .. you are being a bit unrealistic .. a 20 room hotel for less than 拢185,000 ... in your dreams :-) :-)

拢185,000 will just by the down payment / annual lease costs on a 'going concern' ..

Suggestion, you are not prepared in any way for what you are trying to do.

Accounting and management help are the least of your worries in such an endeavor and your budget is about 4 times to LOW.

A novice does not start in one of the most complicated entities there can be.

Oh and if you DO find such an animal be very afraid becasue you will need a bulldozer to pull the TRUE books on the place.
