What is a paper investor?

it's usually a finacial backer..money or surety, no other kind of input. Another type is one who buys or deals in paper...like buying/selling options.

It's someone that practices their investment strategies "on paper" rather then with their money. If you practice with your money, they can be some very expensive lessons!!!
