Im a starting investor who knows a lot about stocks i have 600 dollars do you know any cheap stocks? |
maybe under 30 If you know a lot about stocks, then why ask for advice here? Buy consumer products stock. You should watch a television show called "Mad Money" on CNBC. The host, Jim Cramer, is very knowledgeable and recommends stocks in all price ranges. Don't buy cheap stocks, buy under-valued stocks. Cheap Stock? Cheap stock is a stock trading lower than it's fair value. Maybe you mean stock with low price / penny stock? For penny stock, you can check http://www.stockpickguide.com/penny-stoc... don't buy straight stocks buy OPTIONS contracts. They can be a worth while investment and give a you a better return than just stocks alone.I would learn all I could first but their worth it.A good place to start is yahoo in the finance section.Anyone who knows anything about the stock market would tell you go with options.Beside straight stocks is impractical. Why buy 100 shares of xyz and not get a let when you could buy say 3 contracts that would equal to 300 shares proabably for less mony and have a roi that would be freaken amazing. I would save up more money and not start trading at this time. With $600 to trade, 1 stock could easily wipe out all of your money. look up DRIP investing. You can buy directly from a company or their handling banks. Look for those who do not require you to be a share holder of record. Look up bobe, ge, vmc ,D & YUM..these are just a few. Most require $ 250 -500 to open and account. There are heaps, try http://goldenbullstocks.com check them out you will be impressed! And remember to always do your own research. |
