If your looking for start up funds, i suggest you turn to friends, family, aunts, uncles etc... get a little cash to begin with.
Develop a decent business proposal!!!! can stress that enough. NO ONE will invest in your business if you dont have a clear strategy to succeed (DO YOUR HOME WORK FIRST). You can use your liitle initial cash to then present to an "angle(s)" these are self made multi millionairs looking to invest in start up company's. They will pump their own cash into your business and help you to succeed then you will need to bring on outside investors such as venture capital or cash from managed funds. Once the business is working the angles will pull out with significant profits and at this point you need the dodo's or cashed up doctors and dentists for short are great for money at this stage and you should be fine from there. BTW in most countries you need a permitt to mine and the required assets costs puts mining out of reach to all except the very wealthy.
