Frorm an investor's point of view What's good or bad when of buying a real estate investment though an O.M.?

How does buying an investment through an offering memorandum (OM) compare with buying through a limited partnership (LP)agreement or an undivided interest in a property (UDI)?

well, through an investors point of view, not that I would strive to be one, buying an investment through the means of an offering "memo" aka a little yellow "post em" is quite a bit cheaper than paying money for one. Id corner the market if i were you. As far as limited Partnerships, they are fine, as long as your wife aint one of em. The Undevided Interest Plan? No such thing in the state of California. Ex- Wife gets 2/3... If that aint divided I dont know what is.Stick with the post ems. They come in a variety of new colors now.Hope Ive been of some help to you. Whatever you do, If your single, stay that way, If your married,,,,hmmm does your wife hunt?
