As an investor what counties in northern texas are the best places to buy and rent? Texas in general has not seen the massive run-up in prices that much of the US housing market has. Look for properties where the rent will be more than the mortgage payment. Be prepared to make multiple lowball offers, before getting a deal that will work for you. Look a little farther south. |
