Hi,

I would suggest you get a membership with Prepaidlegal. I got the membership 5 months ago and have used it for many issues that relate to personal and Real Estate related matters. One of the benefits is the ability to talk to a "Reputable" lawyer without being on the "Clock" I was so impressed in the way they handled my questions and legal matters that I became an independant associate. I have the business plan, but you may just need the family plan. This resource is a must for an investor.

a deed....

It would be wise to draw up a living will, but to do it for each property would kill you with attorney fees. write up a will with a line or two covering property held at death.

It depends if the investor is a single entity or part of a company. If single, I would think it would be a good idea, though I'd never thought of it before.
