WHat investor can do a rate/term refinance for somebody under a 500 credit score? |
I have a rate/term refinance, I need to know what banks out there can do a loan for someone under 500 score, besides Delta! There are many lenders that will do loans for people under a 500 credit score. Lenders that will do these types of loans are generally equity driven and require a loan to value less than or equal to 70% (calculated by loan amount/appraised value). I'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction - the most important pieces of information in this scenario are the state where the property exists, and the loan to value ratio.
