Has anyone seen the ads saying Real Estate Investor seeks trainee?Has anyone actually worked for these people?

I'm interested in real estate investment and I've seen a lot of ads about Real Estate Investors who are seeking trainees and so I was wondering if anyone has actually worked for one of these people and if they learned anything?

Most of these are scams to try to get you to work for free or to sell you some worthless books tapes and seminars.

First poster is correct. Additionally, they may be looking for someone to invest in THEIR investments. Real estate investors don't need trainees. If they get large enough, they need other help, but not investor trainees.
