How to I obtain a website investor?

I have 1 very unique website concept that would budget around 1 million dollars after a 3 year term.

Not only that, I have another unique game concept that would budget around 100 thousand in a 2 year term.

I looked everywhere for investors, please help me.

In addition, I think of unique ideas that do not exist. I want to patent my ideas. I need money for that and it would cost around 20 thousand to complete a patent on my best idea out of all 186 of them.
(Most are better than American Inventor and close to the winners ideas)

budget cost of 1mill after 3 yrs or budgeted revenue? for any kind of investor financing you need a professional business plan - just because ideas don't exist, doesn't mean they can be converted into reality at a profit, so you have pay for the patenting process yourself or present your ideas to an investor who will want the majority of ownership if they don't steal the idea away from you for nothing
