How do structure a multiple investor contract to open my own restaurant?

I would like to open a VERY hot concept restaurant and have no money. I would like to get multiple investors, so there is no majority partner and I have decision making power.

try rounding-up a few investors who are interested in franchising a fresh new concept (from another country). Sell to them the possible returns from the venture. Become the managing partner (industrial partner does the day-to-day work, while not giving out equity as investment).
