Are you an investor? |
Genuine investors are needed to open an agro or woodprocessing factory in a town in the eastern part of Ghana. The town is also an ideal place to put up a hotel or a guest house. The natural environment and scenery is marvellous. The population of the town is around two thousand inhabitants. There is a government assisted secondary or high school in the town with three basic schools. There is a clinic which is run by the Roman Catholic Church. The area is rich in timber and forest products, oil palm, oranges, cassava and cocoa. The town has both water and electricity and on the main trans-African highway. The new railway system also passes through the town. Acquisition of land is no problem. The chief of the town and the entire townsfolk are friendly and hospitable. If you are highly interested act now without delay. sounds a little risky to me. no Sounds very quaint but a genuine business opportunity wouldn't normally be touted via YA. investors are not attracted to Ghana because of their debt profile with foreign banks and finance houses/clubs. |
