Looking for silent investor for property flipping, where should I start? |
Located in CT, my husband has a small carpentry business trying to expand to rehab properties for a quick sale. Not sure where to start looking for investors to help with upfront costs ect.. Do a google search for real estate investment clubs in your area. They can be found in most communities, and in addition to the wealth of knowledge you can get, there will also be networking opportunities for you to find a partner. |
