Can anyone give me resources or can tell me how I may become a real estate investor with no money or no credit

I would like to become a real estate investor, but I have no knowledge of how to do that. Just a list of properties ready to be sold for large amounts of money. I would like to know ways of getting those homes with no money and no credit.

You will need either credit or money to purchase investment properties. There's no way to get around that. Even the homes that the government sometimes sells for $100.00 require you to have some money ready, because one of the requirements of these sales is you have to repair the house until it meets city building codes. Real estate is a good way to make money but you won't be getting into it without bringing some cash or credit with you.

What you need is an education. no money no credit. just an education. that you can even get for free if your nice and willing to learn. there is a group in your area called something like real estate investment association you can search online and find the local meeting place. Report It
