The busines is profitmaking , making around $ 300,000 a year. I need a partner or investor from America to buy 50 % stake or a hundred % take over.

I can't believe you came on Yahoo to ask this question. There are trade organizations that you can go to to find investors though. Unless it's a scam, which is what this sounds like...
