an investor as a net short-term capital loss of $3000 and a net long-term capital gain of $4000. if the investor is in the 31% tax bracket and pays long_term capital gains taxes of 20%,what are the taxes owed in the current year?

1000 LT capital gains, depending on what in long term for tax rate though. Considering no carryforwards from last year.
