Can a person a person work for a mortgage broker, and a investor that is a note broker? |
It is illegal for aperson to work for two mortgage brokers in the same state. However i want to know is it illegal for a person to be a loan officer for a mortgage brokerage, and get paid for referring notes, to an investor who specialize in owner finiance? I am not sure on this however if you give me a couple of days i am sure I can get you the answer. |
