What documents do u need to be a real estate investor ?

a friend of mine told me about a great opportunity being a real estate investor. have any feed back

web search up the " L2P program" its what i am using as an outline for my business and it works if you do it right

There are no "documents" to be a real estate investor. Be careful of "great opportunities". The best thing you can do is educate yourself as much as possible. If you know nothing, find and talk to a reputable real estate agent. Always make sure to verify their information though.

I personally work with individuals looking to invest. I will tell you this though, the majority of the people I end up helping out of foreclosure are the individuals who have trusted someone they thought was honest. You HAVE to educate yourself...that can not be stressed enough.

To be a real estate investor, you don't need any documents.

Here's what you NEED and in this order:
A] A knowledge of that aspect of the real estate investment business you are interested in.
1: If its owning and managing residential property, that's the area you should concentrate to learn about.

2: If its managing strip shopping centers, ditto.

3: Industrial parks, ditto.

4: Any other area such as office space, malls, etc.

B] Intestinal fortitude. The ability to stick by your decisions and stand your ground.

C] The ability to properly think through and evaluate various investment opportunities.

D] The ability to "think on your feet.".

E] The ability to properly communicate.

F] Money.

Believe me, there are other things you should know about. The above are the bare minimum.

Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it!
