What's the best way to attract an investor? |
I'm wanting to get into the house flipping scene and I need to find an investor/ partner to help back this venture. Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated. The house "flipping" market is on its way out the door. There is no more room for speculators. Housing prices are on their way to a major correction. You are about 10 years to late. |
