How do I find a contractor or investor to buy my house?

I own a home that needs alot of work but the property is huge and in a great city and location. How do I find a contractor or investor to buy for the property potential?

Try advertising in the newspaper, or have a real estate agent list it.

You list at a price that reflects the work to be done. Investors will find it.

Or advertise "investor's special-- $50K under market value' or whatever in the paper.

List it for sale. Tons of people are out looking for fixer-uppers, if you price the house appropriately, you shouldn't have much trouble finding a buyer.

Where's it at and who should I make my check out to?
