Creative financing for a real-estate investor? |
I am a real-estate investor and am looking to purchase 10 houses in 6 months. I would like to apply 5% down on properties ranging from $55-75K. I do not want to put more then 5% down per property. I am looking for banks/lenders who offer creative finance programs that are willing to offer this type of deal. There are all kinds of subprime lenders who will accept 5% down on investment property full doc loans. Talk to some brokers in your area. I was going to ask you to reconsider your plan. |
