Where can I find an investor?

I would like to find an investor to sell 40% of my media production company to, either as a silent partner or as a co-manager, but ideally someone who has a head for sales and a knowledge of media / film / video. Bread-and-butter revenue is service & content provision for film, video & TV, but I would like to concentrate on project development: hence the need for a business partner to handle the other side.

I'm in the UK.

Does anyone know good outlets for finding one?

I have actually applied to Dragon's Den before - I'm looking for a kind of real world alternative. I think the things that get on the programme are chosen for their wackiness. My business is not wacky!
