Did you sell a home to an investor? |
I've been out of work for over a month and am considering selling to an investor. I don't want to get ripped off, but I know the house will take forever to sell if I listed it with a Realtor. Can anybody tell me about their experience - did the investor give you a fair price, meaning, did the sale not only allow you to pay off the note but also get some cash from the equity out of the house? Of course it is fair, to the INVESTOR. |
