Is there an investor that wants to lend money and receive 15% return annually?

I'm a real estate investor in Tarrant County, Texas and have over 5 years of experience in the business. I will show you more detail about my business if you're interested.

Yahoo! Answers isn't the right forum for making this sort of business proposal. Head over to http://www.craigslist.org and post your free ad. Then, go to http://www.postaroo.com and do the same thing.

If you can provide a 15% return, why don't you go to a bank and borrow at 6-7%?

oh sure we all want to send it to u today LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL

reported for solicitation

Sorry, I only lend money to someone with 6 years experience.

If I wanted a 15% return on my investment I would have invested in a Fidelity Mutual Fund.
