What is an "investor base" within a mortgage company. I HAVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE?


please i just need to know the general gist of what an "investor base" is

A mortgage company is in business to lend money to persons (or companies) wishing to buy land, houses, buildings. To operate, they need a source of money to lend. The investor base are the ones that supply this money and in turn receive dididends, interest profits, etc

An investor base is the group of people who will investin something.
