Finding an investor to purchase sheriff sale house in PA? |
We are interested in bidding on a house that is going up for sheriff sale in two weeks. Where can we find an investor to finance the house? Price would be under $35,000. We would be able to refinance it in approx 12-24 months. Sale requires 25% down day of sale. Western PA I doubt you will find one. This is not how it works. An investor would not use you as a middle man, there is nothing in it for them. The interest for 12-24 months is not worth the time to write you the check. |
