Becoming real estate investor?

I'm interested in becoming a real estate investor. I live in South Florida. I don't know how to start. I need some advise. Thank you

First decide on what type of properties you want to invest in. Learn your market or hook up with someone in the real estate business, realtors, lenders other investors, etc.. Join investment groups. Get into the relm of believing that you are an investor. READ, READ, READ!!!!
Agents and lenders alike don't mind sharing info as long as you are loyal to them and you refer business to them.

Before you start studying locations or systems, make sure you have the important aspect. That would be MONEY. It does take money to make money. I preach that to everyone that asks me how to get into real estate. Without it, there is no need to get into the business.

Join a Real Estate Investors Club in your area.
