If you were a property investor searching for an apprentice, what exactly would that mean? |
I keep seeing this sign (kind of whereever i go) for some Property investor who is seeking an apprentice. A friend of mine told me that was something I should look into, so i took the number down but have not called yet. i saw it again this morning comming home from work and desided to see if i could get an answer. what would i be doing, if there is a answer for that. what would you look for in hiring me as an Investor apprentice? Apprentices don't get paid. A property investor is someone who uses their money to invest in realestate. Apprenticing with someone like this would expose you to the ins and outs of the money game when it comes to property and how to determine is a specific property is a good investment. You would learn about mortages, rental units and perhaps even business space that can be used for investment purposes. You would learn about how to determine if a piece of property was going to see an increase because of commerical development or that a community was suddenly deteriorating and certain pieces of property were not a good investment because the community was becoming less attractive due to perhaps a highway being built or the closing of a nearby shopping center. It would always be fascinating I imagine to work with someone who understood investing in real estate. Probably getting scammed. Either into working for free or out of your own money. |
