I'm wondering if I wanted to purchase a house without a bank being involved what kind of a investor would I look for Two answers: There are private money lenders (sometimes called hard-money lenders) who will finance purchasing, rehab, etc. Typically they only lend up to 70% loan-to-value (LTV), or after-repair-value (ARV). |
