Where can i get a Singapore investor for our trading business?

We are looking for investor for our trading business in t-shirts & promotional bags in Singapore. Target market will be local and export.

The business has been operating for more than a year now but it is not very smooth going because of cash flow problem. Also we are not able to apply for bank loan as bank requires business to operate at least 2 years.

We have a good business plan and investor is to get share of 50-50.

Investor is urgently required. Pls advise. Thank you
