As an investor, I want to start forming syndications - how do I start, and how do I find investors? |
I want to form real estate syndications for investors to put their money into. I am a private investor that specializes in residential property, and primarily in the Florida market. How do I get started finding investors, and advertising for the best investors? and what concerns or issues are out there for me to be aware of??? This will help you on your concerns and what to be aware of. Good luck! The Florida Real Estate market is vastly overvalued right now and is due for a major correction. Many people in Florida, especially the Miami area, are already walking away from pre-construction purchasing agreements. |
