Accredited Investor Rules - International Investments? |
Can anyone provide insight into this specific situation - can a US accredited investor invest in a Canadian firm? or does the Canadian firm need to establish a US LLC in order to accept investments? As per JT - this is a privately held company. Before someone could answer this question, they would need to know if you are referring to a privately owned company? In which case you could be an angel investor, in which you would give them money in exchange for shares of the company. |
