What are the highest rates you've seen for CDs?

how about what's typically the range? Assume at least $5,000 investment and long term. Thanks

the highest rate I've seen, so far, with a min investment of 5k has been 6.2% with Union bank of California, on a 5yr term.

I don't know if it was for a limited time only though, or their regular offer, u might wanna check with them
