Looking for someone to loan to realestate invstor with bad credit.no income , but great investment opptunity

looking to prove to a lender, I can be a good investment in, although I,m new to investing with not much to offer on a deal. I'm looking to build a solid long term working relationship.

So you have no money, no reason someone should have faith in you as far as a credit rating is concerned, and you want someone to lend you money so you can capitalize on the misfortune of others?

People who have bad credit have bad credit for a good reason.

Loans on investment properties are more stringent in their guidelines than home loans with bigger down payment requirements & higher interest rates.

With bad credit in addition to no income, chances are, you are better off finding someone (with money, income & good credit) to become your partner & hope they are willing to carry the financial load.

try looking for HARD MONEY lenders- they look more on the investment opportunities, then your credit, but it is not cheap.

OK, you have no track record to stand on, nothing to contribute to the deal and bad credit. I doubt even a hard money lender would take this on.
