Buying property in bulgaria?

im looking to invest 30-40k in a property in bulgaria. i want to keep it for a medium/long term investment.

what part of bulgaria would be best to make this investment, and what type of income would i make out of it e.g. renting, then selling it in years to come ?!
im from the uk and i have access to 30-40k so i dont need to seel my house!

trust me it's not worth buying in bulgaria
