Buying property in bulgaria???????

im looking to invest 30-40k in a property in bulgaria. i want to keep it for a medium/long term investment.

what part of bulgaria would be best to make this investment, and what type of income would i make out of it e.g. renting, then selling it in years to come ?!

im not american im from england. im not selling my home. i can just get 40k tho.

do your homework - make a good research in Internet and among others who have already bought here. Prices are still lower than anywhere else in Europe but it is important to do the deal with the help of an established local agency. Otherwise, you'll end up in lots of troubles and nerves..

Property Values will be driven by the same factors that drive values here in the US. Size, location, age, upgrades. I would suggest that you try to find yourself an income producing property such as a quadplex, triplex, or duplex. Hire a property management company that can keep your property in decent shape while you collect rent that should cover your note, while property values will hopefully appreciate.
