What are some of the best agencies out there for long term investment as in STOCK .
With low interest rates.
Over the internet.

Someone put down that I need money to do that, NO SH!T for real I DO !! ((what a retard))
I have $12000 that I will no be using for a year or more I want to invested on some kind of stock since my bank gives 5.3% interest rate.

Consider this: your Husband is a long term investment (he may give you part of his wage like stoks do pay dividends sometimes) with low expected yield (which will not be very high, provided your expenses on him).
However, your housband may be promoted to the better job or, on the contrary, lose the former one (just like changes occur in the price of stocks that are caused by fluctuations of the MV of equity on the underlying asset)

the better long term safe investment is fixed deposits. just check with your bank which currency give you the best interest. other long term safe investment are like government bonds - it's hard for governments to go bankrupt.
