If you had 7000 that you will not use for 7 months. What would you do?

I need a safe, yet efficient way to store 7000 for 7 months.
No investments, please. Very low risk tolerance.
What do you recommend?

Low risk, 6 Mo CD. Guaranteed interest, though low. or just shove it in a savings account if you don't want risk.

For higher returns, requires higher risks.

Six month CD or money market fund.

Your bank will be able to offer you a 6 month term deposit. If that's not good for you then try a high interest savings account.

Go to www.bankrate.com for a high interest rate CD
If the 7k was a loan you had better check on what you are paying in interest while you are not using the money

INGdirect.com

CD, cd, cd. Right now Wamu bank has cd with 5.07% intrested for 7 months.

Some of the European banks are offering 7% to 14% annual interest rate.

Email me at investment4us@hotmail.com for more information. I'll give you a valuable advice if you are serious about investing.

Best of luck!
