Safe investment, moderate returns, know any?

I can get 6 to 7 % through CD's at my credit union, just wondering if anyone knew of any other good investments that may have higher returns at low risk. Thanks,

6 ti 7% CD's are good. I like allocation funds to spread my risk. They are riskier than CD's (but still conservative) but the return is better, on the average, over the long haul, than CD's.
