Make money as a teen?

I'm 16 years old and i need some money to pay off my first wreck i need at least 100 in 2 weeks so i have to find a job or get some money fast!
Almost all the jobs i've gone to apply for haven't been taking applications or i couln't work there for some reason (lifegaurd position was taken, you have to be 18 to work at a day care, target didn't have any opens and ect)
so if you have a good idea for somewhere i could get a job i would love to her it!

Also, i babysit for a few couples in my neighborhood but they haven't needed a sitter lately and i don't want to start with any new clients because i'm going to be getting a job soon and i won't be available all the time.

I was thinking about having my birthday party (my b-day was in the winter and i wanted a summer party) and gettin money from that
but since it's my sweet 16 i want it to be special and not just something i throw together last minute so i can get some money you know?

so anyone know how i can make some money?

my parents have offered to help me out with the money but i know that they are having a hard time financially so i don't want to make the pay for my mistake

Become self-employed and offer either a service or a product to people. You can make a lot of money if you can find something that people need and want and if you're industrious.

It's spring right now, so you might see if people need help fixing up their yards, planting gardens, mowing grass, etc.

How about helping people with their housework - a "mother's helper"?

Can you detail some vehicles for people? That's something that can pay quite well if you're willing to do a very good job of it.

If you're in a rural area, do any farmers need any help?

Go around to various restaurants and ask them if they need odds job done, such as shampooing the carpets at night or trimming hedges and planting flowers outside. Oftentimes a manager will pay someone cash to do odd jobs.

Use your imagination to figure what to do. Work very hard, be reliable, and do a great job and you'll soon find that you'll get all sorts of jobs through word-of-mouth.

Hey I've been in the same situation as you when I
was your age...

It seems that most jobs out there requires that you
have to be above 16...

But there are things you can do online to make some
money like filliing out surveys and such..and they pay
you fairly well too.

Think they pay you not only for taking surveys but also
to sample products and taking on trials...
