May I get some good carrier opportunity ?

I'm a married Indian man of 37 yrs. of age with a technical background and having good knowledge in the field of civil construction. Once upon a time my business was good and everything was going in a right direction with happyness in my life, but from last 5-6 yrs. I can't understand whats gone wrong with me, my each & every decision went wrong in my business & at the end I become bankrupt. Now at this point of time I don't have funds to start anything new. In the mean time I tried for some good jobs too but I could not manage to do that because of various reasons. I have a boy who is 7 yr. old and studying in class III.

Hear I'm looking for your sincere advice that how can I re-establish / re-structure myself without having money with dignity.
